Women economic Empowerment

Stichting CENDDOW recognizes the special roles women play from family to national development and the local issues that reduce their values, especially in remote societies.

We are working relentlessly to empower rural and urban women economically by pressing to make essential economic tools accessible to them in their remote rural communities and urban slumps. We have done this through our programmes in basic economic education, micro-credit facilities, and network building.

With our support, our local partners have reached out to more communities and women’s associations. These unions have led to stronger economic cooperation, lobbying and advocacy activities that seek to increase levels of government recognition and support for women emancipation and development.
